Container & Module Foaming
Crates used in the food industry can get very dirty. It is of course very important that you clean these crates well. Applying foam is very important.The Undine® technology is ideal for this. We can retrofit your existing crate washers so foaming will be sprayed over your containers achieving a complete coverage at the total surface. While using the power from the foam, you can make huge savings on your water, energy and personnel costs. By reducing your water consumption, IWC is also able to greatly reduce the overall costs of chemicals usage.

Apply Foam on containers, crates and recks is very difficult. you have to cover the complete surface. Beside that, container cleaning for live bird transport containers is one of the most difficult parts of cleaning within the Poultry sector. Also for this part of your complete process, the factors time, temperature, the use of cleaning chemicals and the available water pressure (mechanical operation) must always be present.
The footprint that is needed for this, often turns out not to be present. To solve this problem, machine manufacturers have combined pre-wash, main wash and rinsing as separate parts for good cleaning in one long washing operation. The water that is circulated and recycled often becomes so dirty that it no longer has any dirt absorption capacity to clean properly.
A very good filtration of the water can help in the improvement process for optimal cleaning. IWC has developed Retrofit units to generate extra cleaning power by using properly filtered water. The re-use of water from the water treatment is preferred. By using this water in the pre-wash and main wash of your existing machines, there can be sufficient replenishment of the water that is reused from the internal circuit of the pre-wash and main washer. Fresh water should always be used for rinsing. As an extra but very important aid IWC has developed a unit with which foam can be applied to the containers. After the rinsing, IWC has developed an adequate disinfection unit that provides the complete container with a good disinfection.
