Conveyor belts are extremely difficult to clean. Contamination hides everywhere. The Undine® Turbo systems solve this problem once and for all. The tiny needles of water reach every nook and cranny at extremely high speed. Not a single part of the conveyor belt is missed.
During cooling, products dry out. Usually up to 2% of the weight is lost. Undine® enables you to protect products from dehydration during cooling. The products are constantly sprinkled with an extremely fine mist of water droplets. In this way, the quality is maintained and dehydration losses are strongly reduced.
