Weighing shackle cleaner incl foam unit
The Undine® weigh shackle washer enables you to clean weigh shackles perfectly and save up to 50% on your water consumption. With a specifically designed second generation PLC and automatic foamer, you can clean shackles fully automatically. But you can also choose to foam the shackles manually.
Furthermore, we can install the Undine® shackle washer as a stand-alone unit or in combination with your existing brush systems. Even without brushes, you will achieve superior cleaning results.

Efficient cleaning
The Undine® weigh shackle washer enables you to clean weigh shackles perfectly and save up to 50% on your water consumption. The water consumption is around 35 litres per minute. This depends on the number of mixing chambers. You can also save up to 85% on your labour costs if you choose the fully automatic cleaning system. So you do not only achieve superior cleaning results. You will also save a lot on your water and energy consumption and labour costs.
Other advantages
In combination with our foam nozzles from PL037 the Undine® cabine ensures that the shackles are cleaned perfectly. This guarantees maximum hygiene. Furthermore, you can opt for fully automatic cleaning. But you can also choose to foam the shackles manually. Additionally, you can choose to connect the shackle washer to your own central foam supply. please4 note that the distance between the foam unit and theUndine cleaning cabine must be longer than 5 minutes but no longer then 20 minutes in linespeed distance. Foam will need 5 minutes do it’s job, but after 20 minutes the foam will start to dry up depending of what product you are using. We need 20 bar minimum. But within the combination with air you won’t damage your trolleys and wheels!
