The Undine® slaughter shackle washer enables you to clean slaughter shackles perfectly and save up to 50% on your water consumption. With a specifically designed second generation PLC and automatic foamer, you can clean shackles fully automatically. Furthermore, we can install the Undine® shackle washer as a stand-alone unit or in combination with your existing brush systems. Even without brushes, you will achieve superior cleaning results.

The Undine® slaughter shackle washer enables you to clean slaughter shackles perfectly and save up to 50% on your water consumption. The water consumption is around 35 litres per minute. This depends on the number of mixing chambers. You can also save up to 85% on your labour costs if you choose the fully automatic cleaning system. So you do not only achieve superior cleaning results. You will also save a lot on your water and energy consumption and labour costs.

Other advantages
The perfect configuration of foam nozzles in the Undine® cabine ensures the shackles are cleaned perfectly. This guarantees maximum hygiene. Furthermore, you can opt for fully automatic cleaning. But you can also choose to foam the shackles manually. Additionally, you can choose to connect the shackle washer to your own central foam supply.
