This outside bird washer can be used at the beginning of the slaughtering process before scalding. Then you can clean the chickens quickly and thoroughly with this outside bird washer before they enter the scalders. It includes legs and vent cleaning.

Efficient cleaning
You reduce the dirt load on the first scalder enormously. Because the feather packs are already intensively moistened, they open up which contributes to a more effective scalding and improved final defeathering results. Because the feather package is already wet, the first 10-20 sec. of the scalding process will no longer be ‘lost’ in getting the feathers and skin wet, but immediately count as effective scalding time. Water consumption can be minimized by pumping the water to the crates or module cleaning after a small filtration. After all, this water is still cleaner than your water after one hour of module cleaning.

Advice
The dimensions of this outside bird washer are 1500 x 660 x 1500 (l x w x h). If you do not have enough space in your existing line, then we recommend the PL003A. This has a size of 400 x 660 x 1500. This cabin has the same cleaning capacities, but the risk of water spray outside the cabin is higher. In some cases, this is unacceptable. Therefore, we recommend the PL003C if you have enough space. Furthermore, it includes leg and vent cleaning. Is this not necessary? Take a look at the PL001 or PL003.
