The Undine® technology gives you the best results in terms of humidification during cooling. Throughout the cooling process after slaughter, there is a constant misting of miniscule water droplets. This prevents dehydration and cools the product down to the desired temperature more quickly. The Retro Bi-Turbo can be installed on all existing systems of Meyn and Stork. Our system saves 50% on water consumption compared to conventional systems.

Put an end to dehydration losses
With the Undine® technology, you can greatly reduce your dehydration losses. For an average size slaughterhouse, this quickly comes down to thousands of euros per day. The ROI of the investment is therefore extremely high. Furthermore, the Undine® technology uses 50% less water than conventional systems.

Superior results
A number of companies are already using normal nozzles to prevent dehydration losses. The main problem is that they get clogged up by the lime in the water. As a result, the nozzles release less water over time. Therefore, the dehydration losses increase with time. In addition, the spray nozzles have to be cleaned structurally, which leads to high labour costs. All these problems are eliminated thanks to Undine® technology.

Faster cooling process
By humidifying with Undine® you can greatly reduce the time needed to cool products. The miniscule water droplets ensure that heat is better extracted from the slaughtered product. In this way you can realize a time saving of up to 2 hours.

The Undine® technology
The idea of Undine® is simple, its effect is huge. Water and air are mixed under pressure in the Undine® mixing chamber. The result is an excellent cleaning method with extremely low water consumption. You can use the Undine® technology in all aspects of the poultry slaughtering process.
