It is important that you clean or moisturise the product immediately after the opener. Preferably within 10 seconds. Otherwise, the pores will close and it will no longer be possible to achieve the same cleaning results. With this unit you can moisten products after the opener. This way the dirt doesn't dry and you can still clean the product perfectly later on.

Efficient cleaning
With this humidifier you ensure optimal cleaning and you save a lot of water. The system is capable of processing as many as 15.000 birds per hour. Furthermore, the water consumption is around 100 litres per hour. This equates to an average water consumption of around 0.0133 litres per bird. So you will not only achieve excellent cleaning results. You will also save a lot on your water, energy consumption as well as labour costs.

Other advantages
For optimal hygiene, it is important that you carry out a cleaning after each treatment. By moistening the products you can always achieve a perfect cleaning. Even if you do not have the space to place the washer directly after the opener.

Alternatives
With the PL024 and PL025, you can achieve perfect cleaning immediately after moistening. The PL024 is perfect for cleaning chickens. The PL025 is ideal for cleaning ducks, roosters and hens.
