This inside/outside bird washer can be used anywhere in the processing lines of poultry processors. This way you can always get the best cleaning results. This inside/outside washer is usually used before the chickens enter the cooling system.

Efficient cleaning
The common OEM rotating in- / outside washers are often designed for and installed at much lower line speeds. These machines often run over their design capacity and require a lot of maintenance. We regularly see that these older machines are replaced by much simpler, inline IWC in- & outside washers. The Undine® cabins have a smaller footprint, need a straight line instead of a corner wheel, and are easier to install. This has a positive impact on the footprint of a processing plant. There are hardly any maintenance costs -but that applies to all IWC equipment- while cleaning at the prescribed pressures is by far the best at the moment.

Furthermore, the water consumption is between 2.100 and 3.500 litres per hour. This means an average water consumption of between 0.14 and 0.233 per chicken. So you will not only achieve superior cleaning results. You will also save a lot on your water, energy and labour costs.

The dimensions of this product are 1500 x 660 x 1500 (l x w x h). This product is perfect for cleaning chickens. For cleaning ducks, hens or roosters we have an XL version available.
