Efficient cleaning
After the eviscerator, the product is completely open and internally accessible up to the crop for the first time. All loose soiling can be removed both internally and externally here, or taken to the lowest point of the product, here the crop. However minimal, during the evisceration process, organs of the digestion tract can become damaged. The stomach is separated from the crop in the neck area and crop content or a damaged gall bladder can cause defects and pollution. Gall content needs to be cleaned immediately after the evisceration machine before it dries. A little later in the process – once it has dried – this product will be rejected from the process due to discolouration.
Furthermore, washing after the eviscerator creates a small water bubble because the neck and crop are still in place and closed. Later this water bubble is flushed, tacking soiling and pollution along. We have taken into account the presence of organ hooks in the design of this washer.
