This outside bird washer can be used behind scalding. This allows you to clean chickens quickly and thoroughly before they are plucked. Due to the vertical placement of the Manifolds you can clean chickens even in very limited space. However we advise the larger cabins for this position when there is enough space. In the larger cabins diagonal cleaning is possible. This way you can achieve the best cleaning results.

Efficient cleaning
With this outside bird washer you can remove the dirty water from the feather package from the scalder before entering the pickers better and save a lot of water. The system is able to perfectly clean as many as 15.000 chickens per hour. Furthermore, the water consumption is around 1.400 litres per hour. This equates to an average water consumption of 0.09 litres per chicken. So you will not only achieve excellent cleaning results. You will also save a lot on your water and energy consumption. Thanks to this cleaning you will have better defeathering results later on. Moreover, you can choose whether you want to clean with hot or cold water. Furthermore, you can even choose to reuse the water after cleaning by letting it flow into the scalding trays. This will save you even more water.

This product is perfect for cleaning chicken. Do you also clean hens, ducks or roosters? Take a look at the XL version. The standard dimensions of this outside bird washer are 400 x 660 x 1500 (l x w x h). The cleaning is done with vertical spray bars.
